Our production service begins with the selection of certified Hass and Fuerte seedlings suited to Murang'a County's unique climate. We provide ongoing technical support throughout the 3-4 year maturation period, ensuring optimal orchard management.

At harvest, our aggregation system ensures consistent supply volumes for export markets. We coordinate picking at optimal maturity, immediate cooling, and professional grading—maximizing both quality and farmer returns.

Since 2024, we've planted over 10,000 trees across member farms, focusing on species like Markhamia lutea, Croton megalocarpus, and Prunus africana that complement avocado cultivation while supporting local biodiversity.
